This article briefly explains the attitude and actions of Soviet state towards holy places in example Khoja Ahmet Yasawi Tomb. Adhering to ideology atheism, Soviets encountered biggest obstacles building a new society. It was religion customs local people Central Asia. For long time Turkestan had tradition considering visiting tombs saints as holy. One largest region The Yesewi Tomb is sacred peoples Asia Kazakhstan. Muslims from all over Union visited it. religious place became great obstacle for Bolsheviks who wanted destroy religion. In this wise, fought against Muslims' places. Both actual attacks propaganda were made tried prove that not at all. Propaganda only Yasawi's Tomb, but also his own name. Islamic Religious Administration published fatwa with decision Communist Party. study research conducted based on Kazakhstan archival sources.
